L'Oréal Resident Research & Innovation Day of Discovery

The Women’s Dermatologic Society is pleased to once again partner with L'Oréal USA to present the 2026 Resident Research & Innovation Day of Discovery. This two-night, one-full day program is designed to provide residents with a unique educational and professional development experience.

Program Overview:

  • Participants: Third-year dermatology residents who are WDS members in good standing and reside in the U.S.
  • Location: New York City & Clark, New Jersey
  • Activities:
    • Morning sessions with L'Oréal’s Research & Innovation scientists and chemists exploring upstream innovations, molecules, and advanced research.
    • Afternoon sessions with L'Oréal Dermatological Beauty Senior Vice President of Medical and brand marketing teams from CeraVe, La Roche-Posay, and Vichy to review brand histories and commitments.
    • Clinical data presentations and panels led by local dermatologists.

Eligibility

  • Applicants must be within their 3rd year of residency.
  • Applicants must be a member of WDS in good standing.
  • Applicants must reside in the U.S. and be able to travel to New York.
