The Committee’s purpose is to oversee and coordinate the formal process of identifying, vetting, and nominating qualified candidates for Director and Officer positions, ensuring that the Board of Directors reflects the highest standards of professional and administrative skill while maintaining the strategic leadership pipeline of the Society.
